Found some laser pointers at the dollar store

Are these going to be crap? You get what you pay for, but I'd rather not waste the $$. Are these going to be nothing more than glorified superbright LED's?

I too bought 3 from the dollar store..they are indeed lasers....just very cheaply made....alot of plastic, and very very poorly aligned. I am sure with some work though, you would be able to make them work. I couldnt get motivated enough to hack and set them up, so I went with LED's
