Flash costume question

I'm trying to get ideas for a flash costume for Dragoncon 2017 but I'm seeing the ones online for the cw version and they can really get up in price. I'm definitely on a tight budget and and I was wondering if anyone has done a lyrca/morphsuit design with details from the cw suit added in? Like markings/lighting bolts and the cowl. Im trying to see if it looks good like that or out of place.

For the raised chest parts in red, I suggest you use craft foam. And the raised gold parts, use gold puffy paint. As for the black lines, sew them on or draw them on using a thin sharpie. You can make a cowl out of foam, including the belt. You can probably find the chest lightning bolt online for $20 on a website called XCoser.
