Fixing a Gmasking Eye of Agamotto strap

The one end of the strap on my Eye of Agamotto (from Gmasking) has fallen out of it's position and the other side is getting frayed. I never liked the strap to begin with and would live to replace it but I'm not sure where to get a new strap or the best way to secure it. Has anyone come across this before and could over any solutions?
