First REAL pic of Revoltech Predator?

aside from the head being too big for the body,I don;t like how they left the thigh armor unatached from the legs..WTF!!

wow, that really doesn't say " impressive" like the original sculpt did... that sucks. it does look to have an interchangeable hand or two, and mouth from what i can see, but they really didn't do very well about hiding those joints.

Well that looks... better. Sort of. Now the only problem area (and it's a big one) is the hips. Some of the nastiest swivels I've ever seen. I'd sooner have used ball joints for those, then overlayed a rubber ass flap over it.

The original sculpt is fantastic. I would buy that sculpt IN A HEARTBEAT as a garage kit.

However, I am not going to hold back here.

That articulation is just $%&* and COMPLETELY destroys the piece, notwithstanding a relatively good paint application, IMO.

Finally a glimpse of this mini masterpiece! Will definitely get this when its out. And hopefully they make the other Predators in P2, AVP and Predators.

LOL - yeah yeah, laugh it up...there's always tomorrow.


...but yeah that thing looks terrible from the waist down, 50/50 on buying it, but if it looks like what I'm seeing then I'm actually going to pass. This is a big let down for me, hip/knee joints are so fugly. The only saving grace it could have is if they include a masked head and some great accessories, but if it's just two hands and an open mouth...meh.

The GIGAN on the other hand, now THAT I'm getting. They knocked that out of the park, so glad some one finally made the original so well.

No worries on that, most Revoltech figures come with alternate heads/faces. The Predator will be no exception.

Well...paint job is alot better than the Necas...but for me, i wont be getting one...i'm sticking with Neca's predators lines they're doing.

I'll probably end up getting one down the line if they include a masked head or masked 'face' attachment, LTS brought up a point I was otherwise unaware of, that the humanoid figures have joints like that so...yeah.

You won't have to worry about that either. Kaiyodo isn't known for screwing us fans with multiple releases. I'm quite positive this Predator will have two heads. One with closed mandibles, one with open mandibles.

Well that's clear from the pictures, but will we see a masked head? That's what I want to know, if they do include a masked head then chances are better that I'll pick the hunter up.

Well the paint look awesome. Figure it self is ok I will be getting one for sure. Saving a little more because they might make a clear version of this predator. I could be wrong but I'm preparing early.

Only dislike the hips on this figure..
