First Order Stormtrooper armor, too good to be true?

I have been in two minds on whether build a stormtrooper or snowtrooper armor and while looking for images on how to build using EVA foam, I found this company selling armor at a very low cost.

Is this too good to be true? The quality looks very good, is it actually possible at this price, I am skeptical?

They're just sending Eva foam and some instructions.

it's a lot of money for some material & a set of drawings.
The helmet looks like a lot of extra work done to get it to that standard from EVA board.
