Firefly/Serenity - Wash flightsuits?

Has anyone made a Wash costume based on either the series or the movie? I'm hankering for a movie version - I'm searching around for a blank flightsuit, and I wanted to know if anyone had tips on how to properly do the accents on the shoulders, as well as maybe the harness across the chest.

I've already got the LYNDONO patch from http://mysite.verizon.net/resp06h7/, and I've seen one of the other patches on eBay - anyone have a source for the big pentagonal one?

I believe it was determined the Pentagonal patch was based on the Russian Apollo Soyuz patch, but I don't know if anyone makes the Firefly/Serenity version.

Ooh, that's awfully close...do you know of any place that sells them? On eBay there are several "Apollo Soyuz" patches, but none that match that.

Also, I feel like I should mention that the other patch is heavily based off of the "Joint Mission" patch from 2010. It's not perfect, but even closer to the Serenity patch than the Soyuz is to its respective patch.
