Firefly: Mal's wreath of flowers from OMR.

Has anyone done a replica of the wreath of flowers from the firefly episode "Our Mrs. Reynolds" ?

I have a goal to have, at least, one prop for each character, and one prop for each episode of firefly. I think I achieved most of that goal a long time ago, but I would still like something from OMR. I don't see me having the money any time soon (or in my life time) to own a Vera replica, so I though this would be a nice, cheep, prop from the episode.

I went to the dollar store yesterday, and loaded up on fake white flowers, but I'm trying to figure out what to do next. If anyone else has done one of these, please chime in, and feel free to post any pics, info, links etc, you have.

Hmm you've given me an idea. I never thought of doing the wreath from OMR. My wife is going to Michaels later on so I might tag along.

And yet another excuse to watch the show....again. Thanks for the idea.

OO, yeah, I forgot all about that, I bet I could get one of those at the hippy store at the mall. (sorry I don't remember the name of the store, but it smells like hippys, and it sells hippy-ish stuff. )

Yea, I'd definitely go with the rain stick.

I think the wreath would look good with a Mal costume, and make it stand out from the others. It takes a real man to walk around with purdy flowers on his head. :lol

Anyone find anything at the craft store. I have some flowers to work with, I'm jsut not sure what I want to do for the wreath itself.

It's hard to tell by the fire light, but I think the flowers are white, but I can't tell what color the wreith is. It looks kind of brown, but it's hard to tell by that fire light, it could be green.
