Template for 6 foot average male was way too small, increased to 130%. Used EVA foam with faux leather contact cemented over. about 100 yards of thread and over 1800 rivets. Sword scabbards and belt were made by Etsy sellers Archaic Props and Sokol Armory.

This looks amazing! I love the detailing with the rivets and what looks like sewing? Did you sew all the seperate faux leather together or does it just appear that way?

Sorry for such a late reply!

The leather was glued to the foam in full pieces, then the sewing was done after the glue dried. The short rows took about 45 mins each to sew, the longer ones about 2.5 hours. I forget but I think there was 40+ hours of sewing alone.

I wore this at Phoenix Fan fusion last weekend here's how it looks. This was my first "con", can't believe how many people wanted pictures.
