Finding boots, help needed!

Guys and gals,

I'm looking for a suitable pair of boots for Bib Fortuna, they would be very similar to the boot in the pic below, Royal Guard boots. Either in black grey or brown would do.

Would anyone know where I could get them or what they are called?
I've seen some close matches in local shoe shops but they are always too small (need a size 10 European).

I've seen this style of boot used alot by ren-faire folks. That may be the place to start.

They're thigh highs that you fold down I think.
