Fight Club ring, can anyone identify?

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone can figure out what this ring is? It looks like some sort of chrome plated plastic with an eye on it. But I was just wondering if that type of eye has a specific name, I thought maybe it has some spiritual relavence? know what I mean?
