Hi all

does anyone have a fbi report blank or case summery sheets - I'm putting together a file for Irina Spalko and can't find these anywhere and thought this is a good place to start

I have no idea of the correct format or how its set out - I have the contents and text I want to put in as well as a few inserts - just need these two, any help would be appreciated
