Farris Ironman Mark 4 WIP

I've been lurking for a while and have decided to share some of my progress. I'm working on an Ironman Mark 4 build using the Robo file pack with the Samuray helmet. This will be my 2nd pep suit. My first was a halo mark 6 suit back in 2009.

I'm not terribly far along yet, but hope to at least have all the pieces pepped in the next month or so. Hoping to beat the really cold weather so I can at least get some parts glassed before winter.

I apologize in advance for the picture overload. Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I've been fairly busy recently. Redid the chest and the back. Building a new helmet based off of a different model. And got to work on a marathon pepping session. Below is the result of what I have so far, minus the abs/lower back, hands, and part of the helmet that I already have together. The parts were hastily taped together for a photo at 2 AM the other day so please excuse the mess. Any comments are welcome.

Just a quick update. New helmet and the rest of the left leg have been constructed. About to start fiberglassing.

I made a new helmet. The last one sucked more than Justin Bieber at the NBA Championship

Thanks. I have a Silhouette SD for the cutting/scoring so it took me a lot less time than normal. The helmet took 17 hours, the boot took about 4-5, and most other pieces took 6-10. That's usually not counting stopping for food/breaks. Each shoulder took about 2 hours. Maybe I'm just slow.
