I've been on here for a decade and change; figured I should start getting over my rampant impostor syndrome and post some of the stuff I've built!
So here's the sawblade launcher I built for a friend, from Far Cry : New Dawn.
As with most of my builds, it's a mix of 3D printed parts, found parts and upcycled hardware, and metal/wood/plastic.
The handle / petrol pump section is my first attempt at 3D modelling using anything other than Tinkercad ( Fusion 360 in this case ).
Not perfect but I thinkl I got pretty close to the game cover and concept art I was working from!
The sawblade here is mounted on a skate bearing, so spins very nicely... I might do another one for myself at some point with a little motor to spin it.
