Fallout 3 power aromor parts

Not much to say about this other then to share the Fallout 3 power armor parts I made awhile back. all the parts were vacuum formed and smaller parts are resin cast, the eye piece is 1 way mirror plexiglass, with vinyl hose and cords. Also note that the head lamp is working super brite LED backed by a chrome gold reflector piece.

Well I built these parts about a year ago, I had high hopes for them was planning on a full suit, but lacked the budget and interest so this is all I got at I started the project.

Very cool. The t45 and t51b armors have basically the same helmets so it would also work if you wanted to do a suit of th 51 armor. Looks really good though for sure.

That's some good looking detail for being vacuformed! Did you reinforce the plastic helmet with anything? It looks like you'd have to use a thin plastic to get those good angles.

Haven't played Fallout -new vegas, but considering where your location is, it would make for some great photo opportunities.. considering that the Brotherhood originated in California, I would imagine that they may have made a pitstop in Vegas at some point, and possibly set up a base..

Is the t unit head wearable?

Well that's pretty odd this thread is about a year and a half old I pretty much forgotten about, was still a cool replica but never got to build a full suit yet but the helmet was 90 thousandths styrene with some reinforcement on the inside but the outer hammer coating adds more strength as well.

Might have to go get this rust bucket back out dust it off and take same much better pics think these looked rather low quality and lazy on my part but when it comes to updates and computer work it's pretty obvious I slack off. Oh and I've still never played any of the new games so I don't know much about it how many after FO3 there are either only played the first 3 interplay Fallouts, Tactics being my favorite but a Fallout Vegas that's interesting I think in the first fallout the BOS base was in part of nevada south of Reno north of Vegas if I recall correctly.
