Fabricating Wire frame Glasses???

Been working on these for awhile now and not having much luck short of trying to solder a pair on my own. I found a pair of Pince-nez that are the right shape, with all the right greeblies, but the frames are too small.

Anyone found a resource for this item already before I start trying to build?
Anyone have any resources / tutorials on soldering wire frames? What works best for the solder, etc?

Any and all suggestions welcome. Anything helps. I'll have to find lenses for these as well.

I tried to solder a frame in the past. You need a silver jewlery solder, that works best. It's a pain in the rear, unless you have a jig, and you use stuff called "heat shield" to protect the metal. If you don't use heat shield, parts you just soldered will come loose once you start to add additional pieces.
