I have a statue of Slimer from Ghostbusters that I'd like to repaint and highlight some of the details on.
I've been thinking of coating it with some transparent UV reactive paint so that he'll fluoresce under black light. I've used Google to find some so-called "clear" and "transparent green" UV paint that will glow under black/UV light and be invisible during normal daylight, but I've been wondering---- Has anybody here actually used it or have any experience with it?
I'd hate to ruin my Slimer and intend to put it on some test materials first, but I was hoping somebody here could tell me if I just needed to forget the idea or if there were some brands that are more preferred than others?
Thanks for any help!
