I have to be transparent. I've known for years and years about the EFX, but never knew of the Legends edition until Friday night. I learned about it and was simply floored.

So I looked it up on eBay and there were two. One with only the helmet and facemask for $1999, and the one I bought, which was priced at $1,150. I haggled it down $150 to $1,000 even, and done. The gentlemen was a pleasure to deal with. Quite affable!

It's always been that way with me. I discover something I really admire but that is really, really rare. I start researching the thing and, frankly, thinking about it a lot and it always ends up magically appearing in front of me at an incredible price. It's how I acquired my Anovos Premiere Han Solo Bespin, my 1983 David Morgan Bullwhip, my Bowflex Revolution home decoration...

I'm a consistently lucky dude in that way.

Well congrats! EFX Vader Legend helmet remains the best licensed OT Vader helmet out there. A friend of mine wanted to get this one from ebay, but was held back by the paint scratches and other imperfections it had. You will need to repaint and fix it yourself, but in the end you got a very nice helmet.

That's a steal. Well done!! Besides if you do paint it again you could do better than the original paint app. Either way it's a fantastic price.

Such a great piece! I never realized how large Vader's dome was until I had this. Back when EFX regularly made replicas.
