EVA Stormtrooper Armor??

Has anyone here made EVA Stormtrooper Armor before? Need templates for such a build but can't find any anywhere. I've seen very nice builds with EVA and decided to ask.

No problem! But when you build the armor with foam. Use a white foam! With the plasti dip color it can be bad when you wear the armor! I have it too. The color is black from the foam on many things! With white foam you don't need to be paint it . And buy not the 1cm foam it is damn hot in this armor with this foam! 0,5cm foam is better

These templates seem legit but in the past I haven't had the best luck printing pepakura files for some reason. Had better luck with pdf files. Could anyone hook me up with such files or figure out why I can't print pep files?

Were you perhaps not resizing it correctly to print out from A4 to Letter size?

Me and a mate of mine made 2 EVA stortmtrooper suits and covered them in gloss white vinyl material. We didn't have a lot of templates to go off but I still have that suit and man I have given it a thrashing We originally made them for paintball but I've done all sorts of stuff with it since.

The white vinyl is expensive but it makes the suit very hard wearing. I'll dig up some pics if you're interested
