Time to sell my gear. Although, how many years do you figure it'll be before we see finished product?![]()
The "GMH" or Grant McCune helmet was not cast off the screen used ESB that tear in the back wasn't on the screen used helmet...
Google is your friend. http://www.fparmor.com/gmh.pdf
a minor detail but, can you say if the hand plates are a new sculpt or cast from the real deal ? cheers
+1
It would be a great stroke of luck if latex survived undamaged for 30+ years
i agreeI think they look spot on - would be nice to see more of the left hand but I would say they look the business.
The suit looks great
Not really.
Some of Spocks ears from TOS are still around and I have a Gorilla Appliance fro Battle for the Planet of the Apes that looks like the day I got it in 1973
IF they're properly been taken care of. UV, oxygen, other radicals can damage latex pretty hard. There were over 56 pairs of hand guards made; WHERE are they?

- Will the TK armor come assembled on mannequin when shipped, or do you need it to put it yourself?
- Will this be available without the mannequin? Just armor, helmet and accessories?
- What kind of mannequin is used here: fiberglass or foam, flexible or fixed, can it be disassembled to fit better when shipped?
- Will this Stormtrooper come with a blaster too? If yes, then what kind: DLT-19 as seen in the pics, or E-11 - also will it be made of plastic/resin or metal, will it be cast from screen used/Sterling?
-Too early to say. Will most likely come partially assembled, but that will really come down to a shipping issue to be determined much later in the process of having this produced.
-No.
- It is being displayed on a heavily modified flexi-mannequin. Again, it is too early in the process to say what the final mannequin will be made from.
- Can't answer that yet either. I know Gino wants to include a weapon, but whether that will happen or not is still, very much, up in the air.
