Hello,

Is the kit a finished product? Sorry I am new to this and trying to understand what are included. If any assembly is required after receiving the kit or any additional work needs to be done. thank you.

I see you're still recasting our product you bought we are the only ones who EVER did this as it never existed in the movie

It’s called scanning or digital recasting.

he bought one and was also the only one to ever have an issue with the gel coat when he asked us to warranty it. Out guess is he tried to cast it.

Dude, are you serious? This again? One would have thought you received enough backlash from this awesome community the last time you made these ridiculous allegations!

To clarify for those who missed all the fun last time… yes I own one of his swords. I also own one made by a guy in Europe. Both of which were used as inspiration for our 3D designed version, along with all the original screen used prop pics we could find. As seasoned RPF members have previously pointed out, prop makers use each others work all the time for inspiration and reference. This is VERY different from “recasting” which is of course a big no no.

To be clear, we did not “digitally scan” anything. I’ve never even seen a digital scanner in real life, let alone own one. We did not try to recast it. Just because I had paint issues with his sword does not mean I was trying to recast it. What an absurd and insulting allegation! As those who know me well can testify, I’ve never even made a resin cast before! Lol. Finally, the irony here is that this V2 design of ours was done by my son who spent hours pouring over the screen used pics and then added his own touches to it as well, vastly improving the original design.

So there you go, you’re all caught up on this nonsense. To be honest I really don’t know what KillerofSaints problem really is. I don’t believe he’s offering his version anymore, which is a shame as his sword is an awesome prop and well made with metal pommel and details. So it’s not like this 3D plastic kit is even any competition. I dunno, bored maybe? Either way, it sucks that everytime I look at his sword it’s now a bitter-sweet experience for me. Love the prop, love the movie, hate this childish drama. A shame really.

It’s a 3D printed kit. You assemble, paint and display. It’s a great kit to get into prop making.

Shocked you got one of his swords he was suppose to make me one in December still nothing :(

Can you explain what is going on in your comparison pic? Like what is what, I recognize the expanding foam and possibly some sort of dowel.. (don’t mean explain why it’s different from the 3D rendering pic)
