This user has numereouse times used our photos now even videos of our creations to sell his services. We have now reported this.

I have a feeling this person is a member of this board. Have we any members from Italy with similarity? He also used other photos in the past from us and these were only posted to this board.

I think that video I originally saw from a guy in Mexico?? Could be wrong - but I thought thats where that suit looks familiar to me...

He uses elements of many suits. The video is of me in London when i did the promotion for the DVD Launch of Ironman 1 movie.

The other is the FX Helmet jarvis helmet.

Then the video of a suit lighting up... Is ...:sick
His auction is full on TMP Ironman photos and Finheads.

wow so you have contacted ebay and noted this ?? All I can say is I feel for you. this really sucks. I mean if he is making these then he should at least use his own photos. I am guessing this is some sort of recasting too if he is to lazy to take his own pictures.

Yes. I also called him on his number in the auction, sent him a text message as well. He removed one of the videos on his youtube website. But only made it private. Still the auction is showing our creation and he sells something entirly different, if i am not mistaken he sells the OXMOX recast from UK based on the looks of the gloves in the auction.

He have now removed his photos of the auction.
I will be following this guy. Dont want our creation beening represented for recast or other work.

This guy also did false representation in the past.
