Dredd Movie Belt Help

Im hoping to push ahead on making some Dredd Movie soon as i have a Belt mold heading my way soon.

im hoping to be able to put together the belt, belt boxes and a metal Dredd belt buckle.

I just need some info before i push on with this project, can anyone give me some measurements of the actual boxes, depth, height etc i know one or 2 of you have these costumes and your help would be great.

Ive also noticed that although the belt is rubber (il be using Polyurethane) it is actually fixed somehow to what looks like a leather belt ..........

one other thing which id love to add is the actual Holster can anyone shed light on what was used pleased

Hi mate i know Thermalised Plastics used to do the full belt many years ago not sure if he is still around and maybe help?
I can blow and image upto correct scale to get some sizes?

im not having much luck with this at all, for a much sort after costume, information and help regarding these parts are non exsistant

i had a go at trying to make an Ammo box from clay but my skills really dont stretch that far.

however

now that ive begun to cast the actual belts ive decided to have another go by cutting up a belt and then building a box, im having to go by reference pics due to lack of information i actually have

Is it possible to fill holes in Polyurethane Rubber............ let me explain.

im going to have to cut pieces of the belt based on the number of lines ive counted on the boxes the length is 16 lines in length if that makes sense
once ive cut the rubber i then need to construct the pieces into the Box shape which will enevitably leave gaps and holes, therefore before i make a mold of the box ive constructed these gaps and holes will need to be filled

what can i use to do this ?? :confused

any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated ............ please :cry
