Dragon my feet (or ID this HP prop!)

My new house . . . erm, I mean the new Universal's new HP theme area shot their announcement video in Dumbledore's office. I got a screencap of it, but I have worn out my keyboard searching for the dang thing.

I'm about 99% positive it's a found item. Does it look familiar to anyone here? It seems to be around 5 - 6" in length.
