Its about time I start a thread on this cowl/helmet.

The model is as screen accurate as you can get.. it is modeled and being printed now.

It will be cast in semi ridged resin for 22.25" heads and Rubber to fit a 24" heads, designed to be a close fit like the show.

Cost will be $254usd + shipping and I will offer finishing work for an extra $200usd

Here is a couple renders of the helmet...it is being printed now. I'll update the thread when the print is done :) please post interest

I'm interested. Would of course like to see it when you have it completed, but looks great so far!

Hmm...I'm about to start working on one of these for myself. You say it's for a 24" head...i have a 23" melon. Any chance you would sell the model for me to scale down and print myself? PM me if you would rather discuss that way.

Well I would say 24" head max.. I have a 22.5" and it should fit me well.. It will be a flexible resin or a hard rubber..not sure which. I believe in the show its a 2 piece helmet to be a hard shell and fit that tight
