OK guys heres the updated model.. still making some changes to make it as accurate as I can.. should be ready for printing sometime next week...

Biggest issue for me is this the model looks narrower under the eyes compared to the prop

Aside from the fact that both helmets here are positioned at totally different angles, meaning perspective is thrown off, this is an interest thread as opposed to a 'point out all the details on the screen helmet' thread, just saying Plus the OP has said there are more tweaks to go, have faith..

Aside from the fact that both helmets here are positioned at totally different angles, meaning perspective is thrown off, this is an interest thread as opposed to a 'point out all the details on the screen helmet' thread, just saying Plus the OP has said there are more tweaks to go, have faith..

Just constructive criticism. He's got the small details down but the dimensions are off - I'd rather be that an annoying guy and possibly help in making his model better, then say nothing and risk an oversight ;-p.

I get that, but maybe send it as an e-mail rather than clogging up the thread, not trying to sound harsh at all, just saying :thumbsup

This looks great! There is a ton more reference here https://www.facebook.com/hellogabriel/media_set?set=a.10154032356493605.1073741830.524163604&type=3 (the top of the helmet is layered the parts overlap, there should be little notches where each top piece ends 2 on each one on each side,and the little rectangles that come out on the top should be smaller on your model, and embedded, there are little bumps on the lower black part of the eye) My God, i think I've looked at this helmet too much good luck on your model! i should get back to work on mine! ..... and the other 4 models i am working on :lol
