Hello all. thank you for your patience during this project. The dome is currently getting molded, all the body graphics are done. The final balance due is $300 "including PayPal fees"
Let's go over the price tiers once again
Tier 1 basic "kit" $800
Tier 2 basic "kit" plus decal stenciling $880
Tier 3 finished $1,100
Tier 4 finished with 'Jakku' weathering $1,450
What does the the different Tiers mean?
Tier 1
1. 1 untrimmed resin dome with greeblies
2. 1 20 inch polycarbonate sphere with a 4 1/2 inch opening that allows access to the inside of the body for future lighting kit (we are offering this option). The hole is then covered by the 11 inch Dome concealing the access.
3. Highly detailed vinyl printed body decals
Tier 2
1. Everything in Tier 1
2 Body stenciling for decals placement. (Highly recommended as it takes away a lot of work)
Tier 3
1. One fully assembled 'CLEAN' droid, painted, decals applied and greeblies put in place. Dome placed over body access.
Tier 4
1. Everything in Tier 3, plus 'Jakku' weathering. This is for a dirty droid. We will get it as screen accurate as possible.
As I stated before, we are working on a lighting kit that can be applied to the dome and body for screen accurate light effects. This is still in the concept phase and will be made available once completed. I DO NOT have a price for this yet. It won't be much though. If you're opting for the lighting, and wish to wait and have us install, I will install it at no charge for those getting 'Jakku' finishing, you only need pay for the lighting kit. Installation is FREE.
Again, the FREE install is for Jakku finished droids. There may be a bit longer wait though.
It's been a long process getting this made, but Rocketeer and I have been working hard to work and rework things to make it as accurate as possible.
As I stated in the thread, those getting Tiers 2-4 will have the panels stenciled/applied as shown in the celebration pics.
Once you've made the $300 payment, PM and let me know which tier you’re getting so I can keep track.
Shipping on either the kit or finished is NOT included in the prices. That varies by location.
