For finished gun I mean a finished complete gun ready to be place inthe stand. A finished gun brass plated with wood grips. I don't mean a aged gun.
Pics on post# was for a 10 years old gun. That gun NOT have wood grips.
We choose all the best for you. So, as wrote in post #1 finished gun will be a brass plated gun.

Actually in post #1 you said

So you are now saying that it will not be chemically brown coated to age it therefore it will not be a finished complete gun ready for display. Just want to be clear?

The chemical brown coated was already applied on the gun!
If you want I could left your just like I take from platers, for me is 3 hours less of work and you'll have a gun complete brown look...

If you want I could left your just like I take from platers, for me is 3 hours less of work and you'll have a gun complete brown look...

In that case I do think that showing the images you did in post 1 of the finished guns was a little confusing. Do you have any pics of the gun before you did the 3 hours work on it because that might be where I am getting confused as maybe you took off more of the brown than I would have preferred so leaving it brown might be the better option and I could take off as much as I want to get the finish I want rather than trying to further age the polished version. I just must have a slightly different understanding of the word finished than you.

THE FINISHED GUN will be exactly like the one on page 1!

To me finished means looking exactly like it was advertised to be, so exactly like the images shown in post 1. For me to receive a finished piece I could take it straight out of the box and it would look exactly like it was supposed to, so that all I had to do was put it on its display stand and admire it. I have received numerous finished replica props and all you do it check they are OK and put them on their stand or in their case. Anything arriving requiring me to do any work to it to get it to look like the advertised item is unfinished. For example I would not expect to buy a finished car but have to bolt the wheels on it before I could drive it.

Hi Sarednab, sorry to bother you again but I have one more question as it sort of came up in our last discussion (and I hope you are not still driving ) but had you thought of offering a display stand/case for these guns or do you know if anyone else on the forum is working on this?

I would love to see a picture of that....if you can provide a picture...I may decide to save you 3 hours worth of work...
