Looks like I will have to add a spare magazine to my Firefly kit request. You just cannot have a weapon with just one mag.

Sarednab, I am sure this goes for a lot of us RPF members, but thank you very much for making these for all of us , truly is an awesome prop , and its rarity ....well , that means a lot , to get in on a special run like this too. We appreciate all your hard work , in making this dream possible for so many Firefly / Serenity fans . Sometimes , thank you , just isn't enough , however , its all I can say , at this moment sir !!!

These are vertical. Let me know what you prefer.
We'll do ONLY horizzontal or ONLY vertical. We'll not do it different for each one, so the most rated one will be the definitive

Here is a cutout of the original grip. You should use a wood type with less contrasting grain (such as American Walnut). Vertical veining as you can see. (I can't see why anyone would want something that isn't as close to screen accurate as possible.)

The wood we used is WALNUT (italian). We'll use this.

Ah, OK. Suggestion: cut the grips with the layering the other way- from the outside of the grip to the inside, instead of front-to-back. That way you will have less of a "striped" look to closer match the originals. (I'd also suggest leaving them unstained in the kit versions.)
