Got my helmet today, some glue came un-done during shipping, but other then that pretty satisfied

Nooo, unfortunately I dont have experience with leather and very little with sewing. This is my first project after a set of stormtrooper armour. I added the weathering myself which improved the look quite a bit, but its an Asian cosplay. looks pretty decent considering but I also had to get some tailoring done to make it fit properly. And make the jacket removable without the assistance of two other people haha. And to keep this comment relevant I'll also need TheRocketeer's belt and gauntlet pieces to really drive it home!!

I have seen that cosplay on several Asian sites and it looked "Ok" But watching it with the helmet and that fixing you did it looks amazing! You just need the belt and accesories and its done!

Just anyone really.

I sometimes have an issue with helmets not being "tall" enough and my chin sticking out the bottom or the eye holes being too high up to see out of

I know this has the chin as a separate piece, so should be better, but was just curious

I'm still not sure where you want it measured .... might wanna PM me with a diagram if you think its important? It does have a removable faceplate and the chin is separate..so you should be able to get it to work for you.

OK here is an update of all the parts needed to make the belt, back module, wrist pieces, Pym particles and the discs a bit more mastering and they should be ready to mold.. I'll post up some prices soon...lots and lots of pieces though

Bimmer, what paint did you use? Trying to identify that "super reflective metallic" finish.
