Ok here is the first cast of the helmet "leather" the A and wings and the chin cup.. still waiting for the chin straps to get here.

Actually..that's a great idea... if you can make the main portion of my helmet and chin guard royal blue to match this:

And the lower portion/ear covers to be several shades darker.. closer to a navy blue, that'd be perfect!

Awesome.. I'm down with a silver "a" and "wings" to match the star on my suit :)

Since you have a test pull does it look like it will fit a 241/4" head?

Just a little preview of BigGeek's helmet before it fully dries and I suit up :)
