im more curious as to how you sealed this up ? iv done foam builds before and i have problems with my paint job cracking on me because the thin foam flexes way to much. and the glue i used to seal it just shatters. iv managed to finally get a source for the thicker foam you guys use. my mk 42 will be the first suit i make to use this foam and i really dont want to screw it up.

nice free handed pattern for the shins...they look easy to build then you can add the details with craft foam and a soldering iron...saves a lot of time I bet..learning from you. thanx for sharing
