I plan to use a silicone jacket mold supported with a resin mother mold once the sculpture has been 3D-printed, filler primed, sanded and properly sealed with a silicone-compatible spray paint, but the one thing I plan to use, opposed to mask latex, is a urethane rubber to cast the mask, since NLR tends to deteriorate and I don't want my mask to be rotten by the time get into 30-50 years of age, so I chose an alternative. But I need some help finding a suitable urethane rubber, since I don't know anything about shores and rigidities. Does anyone have suggestions on what urethane rubber to use that mimics the properties of NLR?
