Does anyone recognioze this helmet prop?

Hi Guys,
I picked this up yesterday along with another piece from a guy on eBay quoting the Spielberg Sci-fi classic AI. It has no paperwork and was cheap enough to warrant a gamble. Anyone recognize it? Thanks

I am seeing two possibilities from AI;

The robot on the left:

Or, since it is tagged 'Road Worker', it seems it should be the construction worker robot, and is missing the half helmet piece that goes over it:

Not sure how to find better pictures of either extra, since I don't have the movie!

Best pic I could pull from the DVD:

Difficult to get a positive ID from the pictures posted, but it could have been messed around with in post with CG. Worth noting that the character is listed as Road Worker on IMDB. I would say it's definitely production made for AI, difficult to know if it's onscreen.
