Does anyone know what font this is?

I want to make a take girl costume for Halloween and I want to know what font this is so I can screen print a t shirt. If anyone on here knows this font or can construct a paper prop of it for me to use for the screen print I'd be uber grateful!

I couldn't ident the font with that picture... but the 40 Watt Club is an actual place in GA. Perhaps drop them a line with the photo and see if they can tell you if/when the t-shirt was issued?

Oh man! Thank you so much, this is perfect! I really have no clue how to do stuff like manipulating images, so you helped me out a ton. I have two more shirts I want to make using pix like the one above. Any pointers on how to manip the words?
