Doctor Who or Eye Sore?

So here are pics including the length the tails of the first vest that for some reason were cut out of the first pic.......unless there were two different ones, but I doubt it...he didn't wear it that long.

I'm sure I heard that there were two different versions of the waistcoat. One had tails and one didn't. The tails one was worn in scenes where the main coat was taken off and the no tails one was worn under the main coat in scenes where the tails wouldn't be seen anyway.

That looks great , however , I have never been a fan of the Harpo wig that eveyone seems to wear with this costume . Don`t know why , just doesn`t seem to be "organic".
#6 has always been my fav doc. and a few years ago I bought one of those cosplay costumes on ebay . I`ts nice , but in no way accurate .
I saw Colin at NY ComicCon a while back and he was nice enough to sign one of the lapels and take a picture with me and my sons . He was awesome and seemed touched that we drove up just to see him as he wasn`t one of the "featured" celebs !
I have plans one day to make an accurate pair of trousers as the China ones were rubish !!

Love it! The classic Doctor Who costumes are so much more interesting than the new ones - you definitely won't see someone walking around in this unless they're a Whovian!

Thank you. I see you're from New Jersey, did you go up to I-Con 31 in New York this past weekend? That's where these photo's were taken. Paul McGann, Daphne Ashbrook, Frazer Hines, and others were guests.

I did not. I was stuck at work all weekend wondering what could have been. :(

I knew I wasn't going to have a way to get up there. I'm down in South Jersey. Castle Point was also that weekend. My friends and I applied for a Who panel, but the committee accepted it too late for some of us to get out of work and make plans to get there. More money for outings and summer cons this way.

How was I-con?
