DIY vacuum former

Relatively infrequent poster here and I'm not sure if I might be breaching protocol with this post, so here goes. I receive a newsletter from another props/maker type site and I thought I'd post the info concerning a DIY vacuum former on the cheap. I know a lot of us don't have the money for the professional ones and this one, though I haven't built and tried it myself yet, looks to be on the up and up as far as quality ought to be expected for a DIY setup. Hope I haven't stepped on toes and everyone interested enjoys their inexpensive new toy. TTFN.

So, that looks like it would be effective, although, I gotta say his heater set-up looks terrifying. I hope he uses that cardboard oven set-up with a fire extinguisher handy, cause that's an adventure with the local FD waiting to happen.

Don't think I would use a cardboard box with the heater XRobots build is far better...Link
