Disney Parks: imperial binders.

Am I the only one imagining Disney characters doing a take down in a Disney park using these....OK probably just me...
They seem more of an idealized style that a stormtrooper might carry.
The binders on Chewbacca in ANH are smooth brass cuffs, but Luke's in ROTJ are silver with this gear sort of shape.

My neighbors were at Disney this weekend and I sent them a text to grab a set for me. I'll have them in my hands (and on my hands) by the end of the day.

Here is a closer look at the Imperial Binders I picked up this weekend Disneyland:
Considering they are plastic, they seem pretty solid and are heavier then you would expect plastic to be
They unclip by pressing down the square button, the only issue I see is the plastic clip insert. This is the only piece that seems flimsy and could break easily. Maybe I can modify to use magnets, this might be a better option
The both cuffs are held together by what a appears to be a straight rod that allows them to both spin fully and freely.
My wrists are approx 8inchs in diameter and they fit very snug, but if you remove the foam and replace with a thinner piece they can fit larger wrists.
The only thing I would change in is the paint job to be more accurate to the binders you see being placed on Chewbacca in ESB or those that are placed on Luke in ROTJ that have a distressed silver/dark gun metal grey to them.
