Okay, did some more searching and found this great shot of the bill on ebay. From what I can see, the bill is only 1-sided, this one has a hand written note on the back (I think it's part of some local promotion). I hope it helps.

It's by no means a high quality scan. It's a picture taken from the biggest image on eBay that I could find, straightened up.

Hopefully someone will upload a scan of front and back at some point in the future. I was tempted to try and recreate it in photoshop with the images that I have found as reference files but it's a lot of work to put in, especially when they're already out there and in fairly big numbers. Apparently the bills measure 3 2/4 by 6 1/4.

This will do until a high res scan comes along.
