I haven't bought decals from them, but I've bought lighting parts, photo etch, and some of their 3D printed upgrades and I've gotten excellent service from them every time. The 3D printed upgrades have some layer lines, but that's par for the course and quality is excellent otherwise.

HDA is very reliable. I've done business with them many times. The decals sold by HDA are good, but G-Cals is also a very good company.
