Re: Iron Man Bust version 2

As i already said : You're a MACHINE !!! Very great job one more time. Do you plan to put a reactor in the chest ?

Re: Iron Man Bust version 2

Looking good Clinton. If I might offer a suggestion?(going to mean more work for you I'm afraid).
I think the finished piece will be more of a balanced display if you add shoulder bells. It's really great as it is but I think the length and lack of width spoil the dynamics of the piece.

Just trying to help.

Re: Iron Man Bust version 2

Thanks for the comments guys.
Yes light up eyes and the Unibeam not arc because you don't see the arc. ;)
Rich I had the traps at full size and played with the idea of adding shoulder bells (had them taped in place) but it just becomes far too large to place anywhere. This way with the back tapered down it's easier to place and I think it gives a meaner look to him. I'm going to stay on course the way it is as I like it. ;) But thanks for the ideas.

Re: Iron Man Bust version 2

Looking great Clinton.

What kind of base are you thinking of for this version?

Very cool! The second picture looks like he's saying wtf did you do with the rest of me?:lol

Re: Iron Man Bust version 2

Clinton it looks great! When do you find the time? Between the Batman & IM projects, I can't keep up!

Re: Iron Man Bust version 2

Frankly, i don't think it needs the shoulder armor.....it's a bust, an artistic piece, not a collection of life size armor......

Looks good as is in the original pics....

Thanks, I really actually like the slim stance rather then the bulk. I'll eventually get both done though, bust and full armor. :)

This is my feeling as well. I like the abstract quality that this bust conveys. :thumbsup
