I seem to remember being on the Beta testing of that game back in the day.

For the Beta, were you on X-Box 360, PS3 or PC?

I was on PC.
Unfortunately i don't remember too much about it, I played quite a few MMOs and beta tested a few more at the time.
I do recall blasting around on the quad bike and stuff, but not much else.

In a related topic, it turns out the game is coming back. A company called Fawkes Gaming have purchased the original source code and are announcing the resurrection of the game in April. Not sure how true this is, but I am approaching this optimistically cautious.

I’ve seen some of the gameplay on their Discord: Join the Fawkes Discord Server!

Zovik, whose Project Defiance I mentioned previously, has announced he has been in communications with them and has stopped his project at their request. I hope they invite him to help with the game, or that he is able to use what he’s created thus far for a new project. He put a lot of effort in keeping something of the game alive.

The game is online. Anyone who would like to play, be mindful that the servers are having some minor issues, but are being handled (sometimes with server restarts being done). Hope to see y’all around Paradise, my fellow Arkhunters. DEFIANCE!
