Does anyone know if the Maquis ship model is supposed to have decals?

I have one unbuilt in the box. It doesn't have a sheet of decals and the instructions only talk about painting instructions. No decal placement.

Thanks Brian, I just wanted to make sure a kit I sold wasn't missing anything. I seem to remember the studio model didn't have any markings but I wasn't 100% sure. I appreciate the info.
