Death Stranding "Sam" Costume ideas

Hello, I am trying to put together a costume that Sam from Death Stranding wears in one of the most recent trailers so i can cosplay as that character for a convention in a few months. Here is a picture for reference.

I already have the "Bridges" patches and other small things. I am just not sure how i could start with the outfit.


I am trying to recreate the costume Kojima has on but i am not to sure where to start. Would anyone be able to help me out with this?

Wish the rain suit was findable. His boots kinda resemble 5.11 tac boots.

We are working on making the jumpsuit. Hope to have something to show by beginning of November. We are also making a few other items. Here are some pictures of the Odradek we just finished modeling.
