Hey, Im wondering if anyone would please make me a set of Robotman pepakura files. He's a hero from DC Comics' silver age imprint the Doom Patrol. Here are some reference photos. I tried to compose a sort of 3 view ortho.

The pictures even show the action figure like joints (which I love) They are comparable to c3p0's in my opinion. Anyways, Ive tried the 405th and so far, nothing. I'd be REALLY appreciative. He's got a pretty basic character design in my opinion. So, thanks again. I'd greatly appreciate it. Email me at mattd43@ymail.com :)

i already did, lol.

i need to go back to the drawing board, because it turns out he's not flat and round, that got lost in translation when i was drawing plans for him.
as for L-Ron, i have his head built, his feet built. and his hands and torso figured out. its the rest im waiting on buying parts for or figuring out how to approach them. i figured him to be roughly 4'.

Thats too simply for pep IMO. Just paper mache your face, get a tuperware bowl, strips of cardboard for the nose and head band and bondo it all smooth.

Seems to be mostly constructed of tubes. If you get some large PVC pipes, you'd probably be able to make atleast the legs and arms. Atleast if you go for the comic version.

Altso, some thrashbins could be used to make the upper body

If you are going for the muscled version on the left, I would start with a "Mr. Incredible" muscle suit (like the guys making the predator suits at the Hunters' Lair site).
Put it on a dummy and paint it with a mask latex to cover the original color and texture.
Then mix your desired color acrylic with Prosaide for flex agent and airbrush it on.

Maybe even some perma-wet after to make it shiny.

My personal favorite version of Robotman was drawn by Bruno Premiani. The Zentai suit with added shoulder parts would make a lot of sense for this character. An oversized muscle suit really wouldn't be necessary if you check out how Buno drew the body as a rather common well developed man.
