Darksiders 2 Death Mask

So Im a noob when it comes to cosplay casting and builds... Im familar with Bill Doran's foamsmithing work (I have all his ebooks) and pepakura. My first project is going to be Death's Mask from darksiders before i do anything else more extensive. Does anyone have any links or tutorials when it comes to taking a pepakura paper model and turning it into... say... a mask.. or anything for that matter? I've already printed the Death Mask pepakura file out.

I would suggest building the pep file and then using something like epsilon to reinforce it then mold and cast that to get a really sturdy mask.
