hi guys, a while ago i started a thread about getting keiths address and there were some people that had issues with his products.

i would like to take this opportunity to review my purchase. i think this is something that needs to be done more often with sellers and products. yes/no??

anyway i followed the instructions on his webpage and recieved a freindly curtious reply very quickly.

a quote and payment details were made and an estimated timeframe given.

keith managed to get the items done and shipped out before this deadline and kept me informmed the whole way.

i recieved the my parts yesterday and i can say they are very nice castings indeed.very sharp and virtually bubble free. everything well packed and accounted for too.

all in all a very nice transaction and a nice guy to deal with too. i highly recommend keith and his parts if you are in the market for r2 stuff.

his web address is

I can't vouch for his quality or service but those prices are quite good, especially considering the complexity of some of those parts.

i thought the prices were very reasonable.

the masters are the metal machined jobs from the builders club runs and you can still make out (in places) the machining marks on the resin casts.

most of the parts are not that complicated but one or two look tricky. i think he does a pretty good job.

+1 for Keith! I've ordered from him multiple times and he has always gotten the parts to me really fast and the quality of his parts is top notch.

Add another rave review for Keith. I ordered as many parts as I could from him. They are affordable, he is GREAT to deal with, and did I mention they are affordable...

I always say that I buy resin parts to save money and cut corners... but its really not cutting corners at all. The parts are so well made that, once painted, its hard to tell them from their aluminum counterparts. :cool

I've not actually purchased any resin parts from Keith, but I do know he's a pretty great guy, and I've never heard anything but good said about him. The parts I've seen of his are top notch.
My original intention was to shun resin on my R2, buying those pricey machined AL parts. But, there are drawbacks. First is cost, and second is the extra weight. So, I'll likely be offering up lots of my shiny AL on the R2 Builders one of these days to raise much needed funds, replacing them with resin. So, Keith will probably see some significant parts orders coming from me. (That is assuming I don't try my hand at casting...and succeed.)
So, based on what I know (mostly secondhand regarding quality) and my in person experiences, I'd say Keith's a great guy to work with.
