Dark Knight crew shirt - why so serious Hong Kong crew.

I was going through a few bits and pieces today and found this. I vaguely remember buying it a few years back but I have no idea of its rarity or potential value. Its a crew shirt from The Dark Knight shoot and states Hong Kong with the 'Why so serious' quote.

Can anyone shed any light on this please??
