Dan Laws

Hey,

Does anyone know what is going on with Laws? I have an order for a Snow Commander kit and all communication from there end seems to have stopped.

While Im on the subject.....anyone know anything about LA over at Fenix Props? I haven't heard anything from him about an order I have with him either.
I'm not a PITA about communicating with either. I understand people have lives and other jobs and such. A response saying such would go a long way.

If anyone has information about what maybe going on would be appreciated.

I've been waiting 7 months for my order and there's been similair members on the JRS site that are concerned.

I've been in contact (at JRS) with people who know DL and I've been reassured everything is OK.

I'm led to believe DL is not great at communicating, but orders do eventually turn up.

I've been told I'm half way through my wait, but from reading other people's experiences, I don't think a 14 month wait is unusual.

Yeah he has had some serios issues with communication and de.ivery times. I know in the Ned you'll get it but damn if you don't have t wait. I luckily have an old unassembled set of his Tie Armor sitting in a box. I really need to jump on it

Been trying to reach Dan myself. I have paid $2,000 of a $2,500 order so far and I was getting a little nervous.

So he is just bad at communicating and ETA's.

As long as he has not "disappeared"

Thought I would bump this up and see if anyone has heard from him. It's been quite a while. Tried to reach him again but no luck so far.

I have paid a deposit to him for some costume parts some time ago and not heard anything more, on the JRS I think a years worth of waiting time was mentioned.
So compared to some vendors, quite a quick turnaround from ordering to recieving.

Well I had a member send a link to what he thinks is his Facebook page.

DL stuff can take quite a while - I waited a Year and half for GM Chest and back a while back. So Long wait times are normal but it gets to you!

friend of mine just waited 18 months for his ATAT driver, from what I hear all over. DL has always delivered but he is always behind.. And he should maybe work a bit on his communications.

Good to hear that someone is getting their parts. I have been waiting 13 months now on 2 kits from him..
