Having a hard time getting into it. Great cast, but I hate the pretentiousness of the characters. Half an hour left and I'm bored, surfing the internet and posting here rather than paying much attention to the movie.

Watched last night. As a spoof on the art world on the pretentious nature of the art world it worked ok, but as has been said there were hardly any characters you could like, which was the whole point of it I'm guessing. Those that didn't find anything of value in art, other than of a monetary nature came to some very creatively nasty ends, some of which I admired for their sheer inventiveness. But again that kind of concept has been used before in other TV series and films, but perhaps without the focus on the LA scene. It was okay, but would have struggled to find an audience at the cinema.
