Great timing, I had almost finished my version of this (only having the front image to work from) I will change what I have done to match this.. I think I will leave of the Da Vinci Code Movie ads off though

That's not an official cover is it? If so the proof reader wants shooting, read the wording on the spine...no wonder I couldn't get the letters to line up correctly

The PDF contains 2 versions, pages 1-2 are a double sided version with texture on both sides. Page 3 is just the lettering, so that it can be printed on suitable paper.
